Shift: Shifts vary and include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Programs run every day.

Nature & Scope

The Ice Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe ice skating environment, assisting guests with skating equipment, enforcing facility rules, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
Major Responsibilities - in this position, you will:
- Ensure ice rules are being followed
- Support rental shop and skate sharpening when needed
- Perform first aid when required
- Provide excellent customer service to school groups and members of the public, assisting with any questions or concerns
- Perform opening and closing tasks
Qualification - you bring:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Standard First Aid with CPR C certificate
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Successful candidate will be required to provide 3 satisfactory references
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Record check with a Vulnerable sector search issued no later than six (6) months preceding the start date.
