Senior SaaS Channel Partnerships Manager

Scale B2B SaaS partnerships at Novisto by owning partner-sourced revenue, commercial strategy, and channel growth across priority markets.
As Senior Manager within Partnership & Strategy, you will lead Novisto’s commercial and consultant partner programmes end-to-end. Your work spans pipeline forecasting, partner recruitment, relationship management, and partnership model design. You will report to the VP Partnerships & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets
- Grow existing partners through joint account plans and pipeline reviews
- Identify, qualify, and sign commercial and consultant partners
- Shape referral, co-selling, and joint delivery models
- Define partner engagement rules with go-to-market teams
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in B2B SaaS partnerships, alliances, or channel development
- Owned partner-sourced pipeline and revenue personally
- Experience managing consulting firms, systems integrators, or resellers
- Comfort negotiating partnership terms commercially
- Clear communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
Lead Novisto’s channel growth through commercial judgment, partner relationships, pipeline ownership, and scalable partnership operations.
