Office Assistant / Customer Service Rep

Ultra Print is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This is a full-time position in our fast-paced commercial and digital print shop where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of office, customer service, and administrative duties, while supporting our production and sales team.

Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Providing excellent customer service
Preparing invoices and processing customer transactions
Assisting with order entry and administrative tasks
Running digital copy and print equipment
Filing and general office organization
Assisting with finishing and packaging print projects
Processing daily bank deposits
Providing support to the sales and customer service team
Other office and administrative duties as required

Qualifications
Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is an asset)
Experience in customer service, office administration, sales, bookkeeping, or printing is an asset, but not required
