CO-ORDINATOR OF PROGRAM SERVICES

Battlefords Residential Services Inc. (BRSI) is a non-profit organization providing residential, supported living and community-based services to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. BRSI is seeking an experienced disability services professional to join our management team as a full-time Program Coordinator.
The Program Coordinator provides leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centred services. The position works closely with managers and frontline staff and is responsible for client programming, staff supervision and coaching, behaviour support and service quality.
The successful applicant will have:
*2-5 years of experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities;
*Leadership or supervisory experience in disability, residential, community or human services;
*Experience with person-centred planning, Behaviour Support Plans and individuals with complex needs;
*Strong leadership, coaching, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
*Disability Support Worker Certificate, related post-secondary education, or equivalent education and experience;
*Valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle;
*CPR/First Aid; and
*Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
