En pilotant les turboprops modernes De Havilland Dash 8‑400 chez Porter, vous bénéficierez d'une rémunération de pointe.
Porter se développe à grande vitesse ; vous profiterez d'une montée en ancienneté rapide alors que nous accueillerons plus de 1200 nouveaux pilotes au cours des quatre prochaines années. La progression la plus rapide possible vers un poste de commandant de bord sur un appareil monocouloir au Canada.
Fonctions et responsabilités
Nos pilotes sont des leaders qui travaillent en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs organisationnels et respecter nos normes de service Flying Refined. Nous valorisons un environnement de communication ouverte, honnête et respectueuse.
Vous participerez activement au Système de gestion de la sécurité (SMS) de Porter, y compris signaler les dangers et incidents rencontrés dans les opérations quotidiennes; comprendre, respecter et promouvoir la politique de sécurité de l'entreprise. La sécurité est la priorité numéro un de Porter.

Qualifications
- Licence de Pilote de Transport d'Aéronef (Transport Canada).
- Minimum de 2500 heures de vol au total.
- 500 heures en tant que pilote commandant de bord sur Q400 ou 1500 heures en tant que pilote commandant de bord sur turbopropulseur lourd de plus de 44000 lb MTOW.
- La préférence sera accordée aux candidats ayant du temps sur type et de l'expérience en exploitation 705.
- Un diplôme d'un collège d'aviation ou d'une université est un atout.
- Les pilotes ne répondant pas aux exigences minimales peuvent être considérés en fonction de l'expérience et d'autres facteurs.
