Civix is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to enhance its Go Grants team. This role requires a strong client-service focus, expertise in software troubleshooting, and a tenacity for detail. You’ll be instrumental in resolving client inquiries, managing technical issues, and collaborating with developers to ensure the software meets client business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong client relationships and trust
- Resolve inquiries through effective communication
- Document client interactions in management systems
- Manage and prioritize open calls as per policies
- Collaborate with teams on software-related issues
- Minimum 5 years in software support or training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Eligibility to travel for client training
