Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and trends
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven consultative experience with hiring leaders
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for meetings
