Human Resources Clerical Support Specialist
Jarrell Independent School District
Support daily human resources operations at the Administration Office through organized clerical work, responsive assistance, and strong communication skills.
The HR Specialist provides routine HR inquiry support for employees and manages regular office activities under moderate supervision. This position also supports the Executive Director of Human Resources and other staff members. Key skills include file maintenance, spreadsheet development, databases, word processing, and interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for daily human resource operations
- Handle routine HR inquiries from employees
- Organize routine HR department office activities
- Provide clerical support to human resources staff
- Assist the Executive Director of Human Resources
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in keyboarding and file maintenance
- Ability to develop spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to perform basic math
- Regular attendance as an essential job function
Bring organized clerical support, software skills, and effective communication to daily human resources operations at the Administration Office.
