Finance Director for School of Medicine

The Director will manage financial compliance, payroll, budgeting, and support the Integrated Health Centre to enhance healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee financial strategies for budgeting and resource allocation
Provide financial analysis and advice for decision-making processes
Manage payroll administration and financial oversight for staff
Conduct financial evaluations of new initiatives and funding models
Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements

Requirements:

University degree in finance, accounting or relevant field
Minimum 7 years in financial management in relevant sectors
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of post-secondary funding structures
