Nanny Wanted - Looking For Weekly Housekeeping / Cleaning For The Common Spaces In My Resident Home + Long Term Airbnb

I am a homeowner in Beaconsfield, Quebec, running a small long-term Airbnb in my primary residence. I need a housekeeper to clean the shared rooms in the house once per week. The ideal candidate will be focused, efficient and with a good attention to detail. They will be responsible for weekly cleaning of various common spaces, including two bathrooms, living room, hall / stairs / landing and the kitchen. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and maintenance cleaning after they use a common space such as the kitchen. The Airbnb is maintained to a very high level of quality, so the attention to detail for the cleaning needs to support this. From experience the cleaning should take approximately 4 hours weekly but the most important things is the quality. There will be occasional requests for additional paid cleaning, for example when guests check out or for private family spaces. Further specifics on the cleaning and approach will be shared but are expected to be common sense for a cleaner with a strong ethic for quality. I am offering a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour.
