Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Lévis, Quebec . This is a permanent position.  The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

As a Scale Clerk , you will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing material shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and provide excellent customer service.

What you will be responsible for:

• Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
• Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
• Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents using the software.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed.
• Monitor material shipments and generate required reports.
• Perform general office duties (opening customer accounts, filing, invoicing, etc.).

Qualifications

To join our team:

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
