Job Responsibility:

Role: SAP Archiving Consultant

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid - 3 days/week from office)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Archiving Consultant with over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM data archive using SAP Archive Development Kit (ADK) . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP HCM and a proven track record of successfully implementing data archiving solutions.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM with a focus on data archiving.

• Expertise in SAP ADK with at least two end-to-end data archiving projects.

• Should have experience of Archiving data related to SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll & Benefits) and HR processes.

• Should have experience in Archiving of SAP Payroll (Canada & USA) results

• Should have good understanding and knowledge of business data retention & destruction requirements.

• Should be able to create / configure custom objects in SAP ADK technology based on the Data Retention & Legal hold requirements, if standard objects does not exist

• Should be able to perform system analysis & provide alternative solutions, such that no impact on the system after archiving or destruction.

• Proficiency in ABAP programming and troubleshooting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client requirements (Data retention and Legal hold) related to SAP HCM data archiving.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP ADK solution to meet business needs.

• Identify and document archiving objects and business processes for data retention and compliance.

• Perform data analysis and growth trend assessments to determine archiving needs.

• Develop and execute data archiving strategies to optimize database performance and storage.

• Provide technical expertise and support for SAP HCM data archiving projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of archiving solutions.

• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end-users and technical staff.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ADK technologies.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 12 months

Pay: $47.59-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
