Dynamic Financial Controller at NetAdmins

Drive financial strategy at NetAdmins as a Financial Controller. Based in Saint John, NB, you will own financial reporting, compliance, and operational oversight within a collaborative team environment. This role is designed for a proactive finance leader with over 10 years of comprehensive experience in accounting and finance. Your hands-on approach will ensure accurate reporting, robust budget management, and effective payroll processing. You’ll leverage financial insights to recommend improvements, making a tangible difference as part of our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow forecasts and working capital strategies
- Execute annual budget preparation and review
- Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance
- Facilitate procurement and vendor relationship management
- Minimum of 10 years in finance or accounting roles
- Experience in full-cycle accounting and reporting
- ACPA designation preferred; pursuing candidates considered
- Proficient with QuickBooks and BambooHR or similar tools
- Comfortable in a small business setting with evolving priorities
