Your responsibilities will include: - Create and edit paid advertising videos for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. - Translate scripts, creative briefs, and campaign concepts into engaging video content. - Produce predominantly vertical-format videos optimized for mobile viewing and social media advertising. - Use Adobe Premiere Pro as your primary editing tool to deliver polished, dynamic content. - Incorporate light motion graphics, AI-powered tools, and other creative techniques to enhance video quality and engagement. - Apply strong pacing, visual storytelling, and editing techniques to capture attention and communicate key messages effectively. - Adapt content based on feedback, creative direction, platform trends, and campaign objectives. - Maintain consistent quality and meet project deadlines while working independently in a remote environment. - Contribute creative ideas that help improve advertising performance and support e-commerce growth.

Requirements: You are a creative and self-motivated video editor with experience producing short-form social media content. You understand how effective editing can capture attention, communicate a message quickly, and support marketing performance. The key requirements include: - Demonstrated experience in video editing, particularly short-form content for social media. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Access to your own capable Windows or Apple computer suitable for video editing. - A strong creative eye for visual storytelling, dynamic pacing, and engaging content. - An understanding of e-commerce, paid advertising, and performance marketing principles. - Willingness to incorporate feedback and adapt to changing creative trends and campaign requirements. - A collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently and manage tasks reliably. - Excellent written and spoken German, with clear and accurate expression. - A portfolio showcasing your video editing style and examples of relevant work.
