Strategic Director for Client Growth

Become Sodexo’s Strategic Director for Client Growth in Toronto, focusing on innovative solutions for client retention and business expansion. - Drive strategic planning and implementation of account strategies
- Foster executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Organize and conduct strategic business reviews
- Evaluate account health and manage risks
- Implement growth strategies through effective cross-selling
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA considered an asset
- Over 10 years in strategic account management
- Proven history of achieving growth and retention
- Expertise in negotiation and relationship management
- Willingness to travel frequently within Canada
