En tant que superviseur des services et de l’impression chez Bureau en Gros, vous dirigerez une équipe pour offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle, stimuler les ventes et maintenir l’excellence opérationnelle. Votre passion pour l’entreprise brillera alors que vous guiderez votre équipe pour aider les clients avec des solutions, des produits et des services, tout en établissant des relations durables pour les affaires futures.
Vous effectuerez des tâches de gestion essentielles pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et le respect des normes au magasin. En tant que détenteur de clés, vous agirez à titre de dirigeant en devoir, soutenant les programmes et la formation dans tout le magasin.
Plus précisément, vous devrez
- Interaction avec le client : Donner l’exemple et enseigner notre modèle de vente au sein de la succursale en interagissant avec les clients et en motivant nos associés à faire de même. Vous concentrer sur le rendement élevé, l’atteinte de résultats et l’approche axée sur le client. Superviser et exécuter tous les aspects de la production et interagir avec les clients dans les zones d’impression et de service à la clientèle du magasin.
- Exécution des ventes : Exécuter, communiquer et assurer la compréhension de la circulaire et des articles promotionnels. Faire preuve d’un haut niveau d’engagement envers les clients et chercher à maximiser les ventes tout en aidant efficacement les clients.
- Leadership : Diriger des zones du magasin, y compris les caisses et les services d’impression, pour atteindre les objectifs. Promouvoir une culture de vente avec les associés en apprenant, en adoptant et en enseignant les nouvelles tendances, les produits et les services.
- Excellence opérationnelle : Gérer l’excellence opérationnelle et les normes de la marque du magasin dans les services d’impression.
- Formation et perfectionnement : Prévoir du temps pour votre perfectionnement personnel et habiliter les autres à faire de même. Diriger la formation des associés au sein du magasin et inspirer l’apprentissage et le perfectionnement continus.
Quelques prérequis
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle dans le commerce de détail, incluant de l’expérience en supervision et en encadrement.
- De 1 an à 2 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de communications/impressions graphiques avec une connaissance pratique des principes des arts graphiques.
- Connaissances techniques de l’utilisation de l’équipement informatique et d’impression. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide et de solides compétences en établissement de priorités, en organisation et en travail multitâche.
