We’re Hiring: Intermediate to Senior Architectural Technologist (Hybrid / GTA)
Are you a technical design professional who thrives on bringing complex, large-scale spaces to life? We are seeking a detail-oriented, ambitious Intermediate to Senior Architectural Technologist to join our collaborative and dynamic studio environment.
This is a hybrid role based out of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) , offering a perfect balance of remote flexibility and vibrant in-person team collaboration.

yIn this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing high-impact commercial retail or institutional project s. You will bridge the gap between visionary design concepts and technical reality, producing high-quality working drawings and coordinating across all stages of project development. This position offers excellent upward mobility and the chance to take on increasing responsibility within a supportive, fast-paced team

Key Responsibiliti
- esTechnical Documentatio n: Translate preliminary concepts, master plans, and sketches into comprehensive, precise construction documentation and working drawing
- s.Project Coordinatio n: Support project managers from initial feasibility and design phases through to contract administratio
- n.Stakeholder Collaboratio n: Act as a key point of contact, effectively communicating and liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leadershi
- p.Building Science Applicatio n: Ensure all designs comply with current building codes, zoning bylaws, and advanced technical standards, keeping a sharp eye on sustainable detailin
