THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Café program to Aritzia clients.

As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café, you will support with delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE

As the Seasonal Barista, you will:

• Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiency
  
• Inform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliers
  
• Uphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operations
  
• Support in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste
  
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of our spaces
  

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Seasonal Barista, A-OK Commissary has:

• The ability to work shifts Mondays through Fridays between 6:30am and 5:30pm
  
• The ability to commit to a fixed term contract beginning June 2026 through to August 2026
  
• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
  
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
