Guest Experience Leader
In this role, you are responsible for elevating the guest experience and ensuring that every visit reflects our service standards. You connect with guests, support the team, and help create a welcoming and consistent experience throughout the restaurant.
What You'll Do
  • Be present on the floor, connecting with guests and creating a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive
  • Support guests with care and attention, whether it's offering directions, assisting families and seniors, or ensuring their visit meets expectations
  • Help create a positive and comfortable environment where guests feel taken care of, even during busy periods
  • Work closely with the team to keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready to deliver at all times
  • Act as a Guest Traffic Guide (GTG) during peak periods to support flow and maintain a smooth experience
  • Contribute to the kind of experience that brings guests back every time they travel through the airport
Your Profile
  • Engaging, outgoing personality with a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience fundamentals
  • Proactive approach to anticipating and responding to guest needs
  • Confidence to step in and support guest recovery when needed
  • Previous hosting or guest service experience is an asset
