Inside Sales Representative at Kerr Controls

Join Kerr Controls Ltd. as a dedicated Inside Sales Representative in Dartmouth, NS, supporting HVAC/R customers with expert product knowledge. Contribute to sales growth while enjoying a strong team environment. In this permanent role, you will leverage your previous inside sales experience and strong HVAC/R knowledge to provide top-notch service to customers. You'll ensure effective order management, maintain relationships with suppliers, and support the outside sales team in efficiently handling quotes and transactions. A commitment to customer success and team collaboration is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product support for HVAC/R customers
- Meet sales targets to drive branch revenue
- Follow up with vendors on stock and lead times
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Accurately enter orders and track customer sales
- Previous wholesale inside sales experience
- Strong HVAC/R product knowledge
- Intermediate computer skills for software use
- Attention to detail for accurate order entries
- Willingness to work from Dartmouth or Halifax
