VP, Growth & Operations

The Opportunity

Rumble is looking for a high-potential operator who is ready for a bigger seat.

We're a Canadian fitness and wellness company with 10+ locations and a growing portfolio of brands including Rumble, Primal and Tempo.

We're looking for someone hungry to help us build what's next.

You don't need 15 years of executive experience.

You do need to be commercial, ambitious, hands-on and obsessed with getting results.

This isn't an office-first executive role. You'll be in our gyms, working alongside our teams, understanding our customers, challenging how we operate and turning ideas into action.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with ownership to help drive:

• Revenue and profitability

• Sales and customer growth

• Performance across our locations

• Personal Training and new fitness products

• Recruitment and development of great people

• New revenue opportunities

• Franchise growth

• Better systems, KPIs and accountability

Some days you'll be looking at a P&L. Other days you'll be standing on a gym floor figuring out why something isn't working. We expect both.

Who We're Looking For

You're probably at a point in your career where you've already proven you can lead — and now you want more responsibility.

You:

• Have experience leading people and driving business results

• Understand sales and what makes customers buy

• Are comfortable with numbers and P&Ls

• Move quickly and take ownership

• Connect naturally with younger teams and customers

• Can coach people without hiding behind emails and meetings

• See problems and instinctively start solving them

• Want to build rather than maintain

Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail or another customer-driven business would be valuable.

But horsepower, leadership and demonstrated results matter more to us than the perfect résumé.

Compensation

$120,000 CAD base, plus performance-based compensation tied to revenue and profitability, with long-term upside aligned with company growth.

One Last Thing

We're not looking for someone who wants the title VP.

We're looking for someone who wants the responsibility that comes with it.
