Future Electronics in Montreal invites a visionary Vice President, Human Resources (Americas) to lead all HR functions for Canada, the USA, Mexico and LATAM, guiding people strategy and building capability at enterprise scale. You will manage a team of about 20 professionals, partner with the executive team, and drive talent acquisition, learning, rewards, and HRIS initiatives to support business growth.
