Integrated Marketing Project Manager

Innocean Canada, Inc.

Lead integrated marketing projects at INNOCEAN Worldwide Canada, using organization and communication skills from Toronto in a flexible hybrid setup.

This Project Manager supports either Retail or Brand accounts within Account Services. You will coordinate advertising initiatives across Creative, Production, Media, Digital, Strategy, and other teams. The work requires managing concurrent projects, maintaining documentation, and aligning deliverables with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from kickoff through delivery for assigned accounts
Maintain schedules, workback plans, timelines, and task tracking
Coordinate integrated campaigns across marketing and advertising channels
Track deliverables, budgets, resources, risks, and project documentation
Communicate project status, dependencies, approvals, and changes proactively

Requirements:

College diploma or university degree
Two to three years of relevant agency project experience
Experience managing multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
Understanding of agency workflows and campaign execution
Proficiency with Smart Sheets, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite

Bring organized project coordination, stakeholder communication, and campaign execution experience to INNOCEAN’s Toronto Account Services team.
