Assistant Financial Controller H/F

Bonjour, je suis Bianka, Chef d'Équipe Senior au sein de Fed Finance, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé sur les métiers de la comptabilité, de la finance et de la paie. J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement : temporaire et permanent dans la région du Grand Montréal. Mission Pour soutenir cette croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) contrôleur rigoureux(se) et motivé(e), prêt(e) à jouer un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne de nos opérations financières. Sous la supervision du directeur financier, vous serez principalement responsable d’assurer la conformité des données dans le processus comptable et de s Supporter le directeur des finances dans l’ensemble de ses fonctions Comptabilité opérationnelle (day to day)

Assister le technicien aux comptes payables pour récupérer l’informations sur les transactions.
Effectuer et régulariser les conciliations bancaires et cartes de crédit
Prévisions et audit
5 ans et plus d’expérience dans un poste similaire en comptabilité, idéalement dans le commerce électronique ou un environnement multi-entreprises.
Vous détenez un DEC ou un BAC en comptabilité/finance ou toute autre scolarité pertinente.
Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
Connaissance de QuickBooks Online, Dext et des outils financiers infonuagiques.
Solides compétences en analyse et en rapprochement, avec une grande attention aux détails.
Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est requis pour pouvoir communiquer efficacement avec nos partenaires internes et externes.

Massage au bureau à chaque deux semaines
Horaire flexible, poste hybride (3 jours au bureau)
