Global talent acquisition strategy and executive partnership define this Senior Director role at Equinix, supporting Global Operations and Global Markets worldwide.
The Senior Director leads enterprise talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting transformation across a complex multinational environment. This leader advises executive leadership, develops scalable recruiting programs, and builds future-focused capabilities. The work spans talent analytics, market intelligence, recruiting technologies, and geographically dispersed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise executives on talent risks, labor markets, and workforce challenges
- Develop integrated workforce planning solutions with People Team functions
- Lead global recruiting programs, frameworks, technologies, and processes
- Strengthen pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, and market engagement
- Lead and develop global Integrated Talent Solutions professionals
Requirements:
- 20+ years in talent acquisition, human resources, or related disciplines
- Global leadership experience within complex multinational environments
- Enterprise talent acquisition strategy experience at scale
- Executive partnership and C-suite influence experience
- Expertise using data, analytics, and market intelligence strategically
Lead Equinix talent acquisition through workforce planning, executive partnership, analytics, and scalable global recruiting programs.
