Site Activation Specialist Clinical Trials

Site Activation Specialist II supports clinical trial start-up through regulatory submissions, essential documents, and country-level quality oversight. This position is remote in Montreal, Quebec.
Syneos Health seeks a Site Activation Specialist II for client-dedicated work in Canada. The specialist manages country-level deliverables, tracks submission and approval milestones, and supports site activation across clinical trials. Responsibilities include local regulatory submissions, essential document collection, and communication with authorities and ethics committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage country-level quality deliverables and submission timelines
- Track milestones and investigate forecasted timeline delays
- Prepare regulatory and ethics committee applications
- Submit essential documents to the Trial Master File
- Support end-to-end site activation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of Phase I-IV clinical trials and ICH GCP
- Knowledge of clinical trial start-up processes
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in French and English
