At Specsavers, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to handle day-to-day retail operations and create a high-performing team dedicated to outstanding customer service. This key role involves managing store activities, enhancing staff skills through training, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and company standards to exceed customer expectations consistently. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations and customer service initiatives
- Mentor optical staff for improved service quality
- Collaborate with retail and clinical teams for comprehensive care
- Evaluate performance metrics to drive store improvements
- Manage selection and merchandising of optical products
- Registered with the College of Opticians with a valid license
- Experience in optimizing retail operations
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to maintain organization under pressure
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
