Adventure Photography Trip Instructor
Backcountry Journeys
Experience the world as a Photography Trip Leader at Backcountry Journeys, blending your love for photography with the thrill of outdoor exploration across iconic locations. Share your expertise and lead memorable tours. This role requires strong leadership and photography skills to provide exceptional service on multi-day adventures. You will engage guests, manage tour logistics, and deliver insightful photography instruction, ensuring an unforgettable experience against the backdrop of nature's finest scenery. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide photography workshops and nature tours in various locales
- Provide tailored photography lessons in wildlife and landscapes
- Oversee tour schedules and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Implement safety measures and respond to any incidents
- Document tours with trip reports and professional visuals
- Minimum two years leading outdoor trips
- Proven skills in photography and public instruction
- Wilderness First Responder certification mandatory
- Proficient in using Lightroom and Photoshop applications
- Current driving license and professional photography gear required
