Controls Engineer for Gearbox Production

This unique role involves enhancing the manufacturing process of precision gearboxes, from conceptual design to production. You'll implement safety systems, develop PLC programs, and architect controls for various industrial machinery. Candidates should possess a strong engineering background and a detail-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to conceptual designs balancing cost and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations for equipment
- Write and structure PLC logic and debug as necessary
- Design HMI screens for operational clarity
- Manage the full lifecycle of electrical systems and panels
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff)
- Experience with automation programming (Python, SQL)
- Knowledge of robotics (ABB, Kuka programming)
- Familiarity with safety and electrical standards
- Relevant degree in Mechatronics or similar field
