Stakeholder Cabinet Coordinator

- Schedule and organize Stakeholder Cabinet meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and manage all logistical arrangements, including venues, virtual platforms, and necessary equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Stakeholder Cabinet members, maintaining regular communication to keep all parties informed of meeting schedules, changes, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of all Stakeholder Cabinet activities, including meeting minutes, attendance records, and action items, and prepare regular reports for internal and external distribution.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise among stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to enhance collaboration and assisting in the development and implementation of effective engagement strategies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate productive discussions during meetings, and assist in planning and executing stakeholder events and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred but not required.
- 6-10 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or government setting, with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
