MEP Cost Consultant - Turner & Townsend

In this role, you will lead estimating, cost planning, and analysis for various projects while ensuring effective financial management. Your expertise will drive improvements in cost management and influence key business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports
- Conduct market research on Canadian construction conditions
- Support business development and proposal creation
- Manage project cost planning and analysis
- Oversee post-contract cost variances and change controls
- 4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience
- University degree in Construction or related field
- Membership in relevant professional organizations
- Certification designation preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
