Cost Management Leader - Turner & Townsend

- Lead cost control efforts post-contract for designs
- Advise on funding availability and change control
- Review tenders for budget compliance
- Create dynamic cash flow forecasts regularly
- Support risk quantification and management efforts
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost management
- Degree in a relevant discipline with Canadian equivalency
- Membership with CIQS or similar body
- Quick ability to obtain reliability clearance
- Experience on at least two $100M+ projects
