This role supports the Ethics Office by transforming ethics‑related data into meaningful insights that inform leadership decision‑making, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement of the ethics program.

  • Translate complex quantitative and qualitative ethics data into clear, concise, and compelling insights for senior leaders
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting with valuable insights to support Ethics leadership and governance committees
  • Lead the development of executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations, ensuring strong visual design, logical flow, and clear storytelling
  • Identify trends, patterns, and root causes across ethics matters to inform preventative actions and program enhancements.
  • Contribute to ethics risk assessments and oversight processes by providing data‑backed perspectives.
  • Support measurement of ethics program effectiveness, including awareness, usage of reporting channels, issue resolution timelines, and outcomes.
  • Partner with Ethics, Risk, Talent, Legal, and Inclusion teams to enhance data quality and insight generation.
  • Lead ethical incident response, including participation in ethics investigations; specifically fraud matters; by coordinating data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure concerns are addressed fairly, objectively, and with appropriate remediation, while protecting confidentiality and reinforcing trust in the ethics program.
  • Lead the analytics and insights component of fraud matters, including identification of trends, anomalies, and potential risk indicators.
  • Support other key initiatives for the ethics program, such as the ethics survey, Code of Conduct updates, and policy revisions.
