Toronto's Fractional Chief AI Governance Leader

xNorth™ - Executive Leadership Solutions

Take on a pivotal role as Toronto's Fractional Chief AI Governance Officer with xNorth. Spearhead the design and operationalization of AI governance frameworks for enterprise success. This position calls for a highly experienced leader in AI governance to support organizations through their technology transformations. You will be responsible for advising on AI risks, establishing safe practices, and collaborating closely with CTOs and executives. Your strategic mindset and hands-on approach will facilitate effective compliance and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities:

Develop AI governance frameworks across the organization
Advise on compliance, privacy, and cybersecurity measures
Support AI initiatives in various business functions
Interface with technology leaders on governance strategies
Establish effective governance controls for AI usage

Requirements:

Proven experience in AI governance or digital transformation
Strong presence and communication skills
Knowledge of enterprise governance frameworks
Understanding of data management and privacy concerns
Familiarity with ISO and emerging governance standards
