As a Senior Broker, you’ll report to the National Cyber Broking Practice Leader, collaborating closely with account teams and clients to design tailored insurance solutions. This role emphasizes expert broking and relationship management while tackling complex cyber risks within a Centre of Excellence framework. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of industries, deepening your expertise in the rapidly evolving cyber landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client-specific risk exposures and coverage requirements
- Prepare and present marketing proposals for renewals
- Negotiate with underwriters for optimal terms
- Follow up on contract terms with insurers
- Cultivate relationships within the underwriting community
- 5+ years of insurance industry experience
- Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with polished organizational abilities
- Must hold or obtain a broker license
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
