Enterprise Assortment Consultant at CTC

Drive assortment strategy for CTC as an Enterprise Assortment Consultant. Use strong analytical skills to provide insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and address category strategies effectively. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Assortment Planning, this role requires the ability to build relationships and deliver recommendations based on customer and market data. Candidates should be adept at dealing with ambiguity and possess a solid foundation in assortment planning principles. You will work collaboratively with various functional teams to ensure alignment in operational guardrails and category management. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic insights based on data analysis
• Assist in refreshing the category management framework
• Define and validate assortment guardrails
• Collaborate with teams to refine category strategies
• Prepare insights for monthly performance meetings Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• 3+ years in assortment planning or consulting
• Strong understanding of Retail Math
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leverage your assortment planning expertise and communication skills to enhance CTC's product strategies.
