Finance Manager in Corporate Finance Team

Shape financial strategy as a Finance Manager at a leading global firm. This mid-senior level, full-time role focuses on complex accounting and team development within a supportive environment. As part of the corporate finance team, you will utilize 4–6 years of accounting experience to oversee financial reporting and consolidation efforts. You will lead the implementation of intricate accounting standards while mentoring junior staff to enhance their capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will allow you to provide critical financial insights. Your attention to detail will aid in managing monthly close cycles effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial results consolidation across entities
- Lead implementation of complex accounting processes
- Manage monthly close cycles and identify improvements
- Review journal entries and financial statements for accuracy
- Mentor junior team members to enhance team performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 4–6 years of accounting experience with IFRS
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborative work
