Technical Support Specialist at Affim

Affirm

Become a vital part of Affim as a Technical Support Specialist, providing essential service to eCommerce partners. Master technical troubleshooting to resolve issues swiftly while fostering strong partnerships. This remote role is pivotal for Product Support Specialists at Affim. Utilizing your bilingual skills in French and English, you will manage complex inquiries while ensuring efficient resolutions for merchant partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Engineering teams to enhance client experiences and workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-touch support to merchant partners
Resolve technical and operational issues effectively
Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Build scalable support processes based on feedback
Communicate new features to merchant partners

Requirements:

Fluent in French and English
2+ years in a relevant tech or SaaS role
Ability to handle high volume inquiries efficiently
Passion for improving consumer banking experiences
Experience with major e-commerce platforms preferred
