Job Description:

The Senior Manager Product Owner role requires in-depth e xperience in building enterprise scaled cloud platforms enabling cloud services and compute capabilities and codifying patterns for cloud consumption by out internal customers that adhere to enterprise and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have current experience with managing Microsoft Entra ID Tenants Google Identity and AWS IAM designing access models in Azure compute Google orgs and AWS accounts and is familiar with Cloud-based pipeline development and related DevSecOps tooling .

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead a team of engineers to d esign engineer and coordinate execution of IAM related components for new service delivery platform enablement & enhancements and cloud migrations on our Azure Public Cloud platform O ffice 365 AWS GCP and other SaaS Services.

• Partner with management to support the delivery of a product vision and create and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories that will provide the most customer value in delivering against the vision.

• Collaborate with other engineering product owners requestors and release train engineers to identify scope plan and drive execution of work for your engineering and delivery pod.

• Work with the various stakeholders including Enterprise Technology Enterprise Security Risk Management and LOB partners to manage IAM components of cloud projects including getting requirements defining solution options and validation and approval of key decisions and exceptions.

• Develop document and implement s olutions and standardized design patterns across Application Platform and Infrastructure layers .

• Interface with other IT and Enterprise Security Risk Management teams to ensure the creation of integrated processes to implement and track relevant controls.

• Execute POCs and feasibility studi es to validate next-gen product/new-service concepts promoted by our cloud vendor. Prototype solutions for new requirements as needed .

Required Technical Skills

• Deep technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure platform Google Cloud Platform Amazon Web Services and related services.

• In-depth e xperience with cloud IAM technologies including role management IAM policy management OIDC Federation managed identities etc.

• Experience with CI / CD framework and common DevOps tools and technologies used for orchestration automated configuration containers and container orchestration. Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform Jenkins Github workflow SALT Kubernetes etc.

• Working knowledge of :

• Authentication and Authorization protocols both modern (SAML OAuth OIDC)

• Identity sync services like Entra I D Connect Azure SCIM Provisioning etc.

• Secrets Management with products like Hashicorp Vault and Cyberark

• Scripting and A utomation experience using native CLI PowerShell and /or Python .

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management domain

• 4 years of experience with public cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure Google GCP and Amazon AWS

• 3 years of experience with IaaC and CI/CD pipelines

• 3 years of Agile related delivery experience

• S trong academic background (e.g. computer science engineering)

• Strong preference for Certified Professional s with relevant Cloud Certifications in Azure AWS and GCP

• Engineering or systems management experience with Active Directory MFA Services Secrets Management and any federation service is beneficial

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering i nformation t echnology or other relevant area is preferred
