Senior Vice President for Military Families

Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS

Shape the future of family services at CFMWS as Senior Vice President. Lead innovative programs to strengthen military families’ lives in a hybrid work model from home and office. In this pivotal role at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), you will oversee the Military Family Services Division, focusing on governance, program delivery, and continuous evolution of services tailored for military families. Your background in social services and collaborative leadership will be crucial in fostering resilient family dynamics and supporting the operational effectiveness of the Canadian Armed Forces. Key Responsibilities:

Direct the development of family-oriented programs
Build and sustain relationships within the military community
Ensure programs align with strategic directives
Monitor the effectiveness of family service initiatives
Position CFMWS as a leader in social support services

Requirements:

Extensive experience in managing social service programs
Strong ability to operate within complex stakeholder environments
Bilingual proficiency in English and French
Proven track record in governance frameworks
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
