Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Coordinate patient care at Royal York Dental in Etobicoke, Ontario, using dental administration and patient scheduling skills. This full-time contract role supports welcoming, organized visits.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will manage front-desk communication and appointment activity for patients of all ages. The work includes dental software, accurate records, billing, payments, and insurance claims. A clinical background is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
- Optimize appointment schedules and minimize gaps
- Manage recalls and update patient records
- Handle scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
- Process billing, payments, claims, and patient correspondence
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of dental administration experience
- Experience with dental software programs
- Clinical background considered an asset
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Availability for a full-time, one-year contract
