Downtown Toronto Real Estate Legal Assistant

Become a vital part of Ruby & Co. as a Real Estate Legal Assistant in downtown Toronto. This full-time role focuses on supporting comprehensive real estate transactions through diligent document handling. As part of a well-established law firm, you will prepare and revise essential legal documents while assisting lawyers with all facets of real estate dealings. Your role includes managing client files and effectively communicating with clients, realtors, and other parties involved. A key aspect is ensuring compliance through careful monitoring of deadlines and transaction timelines. Key Responsibilities:

Draft and revise legal agreements and documentation
Facilitate due diligence and title searches
Maintain organized client files according to firm policies
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Monitor critical transaction deadlines

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate
Diploma or certificate from a recognized legal institution
In-depth knowledge of title search procedures
Proficient with MS Office and legal management software
Strong organizational skills and client-focused approach
