Lead Transformation go-to-market strategy in Toronto while shaping demand, pipeline, and growth across Slalom’s consulting business.As Transformation Go-To-Market Director, you will connect Slalom’s Transformation strategy with market and regional priorities. Partner across sales, delivery, capability, and industry teams to shape opportunities and client solutions. Contribute through executive relationships, pursuits, and billable Solution Lead or subject matter expert work.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Toronto Transformation go-to-market strategy and market alignmentBuild executive relationships and generate qualified client pipelineShape pursuits, workshops, requests for proposals, and solutionsAlign go-to-market leaders and support team developmentGuide forecasts, workforce planning, staffing, and capability healthRequirements:
Strategic leadership translating market trends into growth opportunitiesSuccess building executive relationships, pipeline, and new businessCredibility engaging CXO-level clients and representing Transformation externallyCommercial and delivery judgment balancing growth, quality, and outcomesCollaborative experience across sales, delivery, capability, and industry teamsBring strategic leadership, executive credibility, and commercial judgment to Transformation growth and delivery at Slalom in Toronto.
