Lead Gladstone’s go-to-market transformation remotely from the UK, combining customer insight, commercial strategy, data, AI and technology.As Director of Growth, you will connect Product, Technology, Commercial and Customer Success through a shared operating model. You will shape target markets, product positioning, demand generation and customer growth across Gladstone’s brands, including Fisikal and Nova. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across recurring revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and evolve Gladstone’s go-to-market strategyCreate frameworks for launching products and servicesLead product positioning, pricing and commercialisationBuild demand generation programmes across channelsEstablish commercial reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworksRequirements:
Significant Growth, Go-to-Market, Commercial or Marketing leadership experienceExperience within a SaaS or technology businessProven recurring revenue business scaling recordUnderstanding of CRM, marketing automation and Revenue OperationsExperience using AI-enabled commercial processesBring strategic leadership, customer understanding and commercial execution to Gladstone’s growth across Fisikal, Nova and its brands.
