Director Consumer Growth Strategy

AutoTrader.ca

Drive consumer growth strategy for AutoTrader.ca and AutoHebdo through data-driven marketing, performance analysis, and commercial decision-making.

This Director role owns the consumer marketing growth agenda and leads a multi-million CA$ budget. You will set priorities across Performance Marketing, brand, social media, and editorial content. The work connects consumer insights, analytical judgment, and measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify growth drivers across regions and marketing channels
Recommend monthly spend adjustments using performance data
Challenge campaign strategies through cross-functional influence
Guide brand messaging, content, and partnerships
Lead senior reviews of marketing performance and investments

Requirements:

10+ years in data-driven strategy and transformation
People management experience in strategy or marketing
Advanced Excel skills and basic SQL proficiency
Understanding of campaign economics and measurement
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Lead AutoTrader.ca and AutoHebdo consumer marketing strategy with analytical rigor, investment judgment, and decisive cross-functional execution.
