Maria Celeste is a 36-seat modern Portuguese tasca in the Fraserhood, and we're looking for a reliable dishwasher to join our small, tight-knit back-of-house team.
Hours: 4:30 PM – close (evening shift)
Pay: $20/hr + tips
What you'll do:
- Keep dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen tools clean and moving throughout service
- Maintain a clean, organized dish pit and support general kitchen cleanliness
- Break down deliveries, manage trash/recycling, and help with basic prep or kitchen support as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to keep pace during a busy dinner service
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Restaurant/kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable on your feet for the length of a dinner shift
