Assistant Vice President of Analytics at CNA

Your oversight will foster a culture rich in data-driven decision-making and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic analytics roadmap for Canada
- Engage business leaders to optimize analytics applications
- Drive the adoption of data solutions and reporting systems
- Define key metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with Finance and Actuarial teams for data consistency
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science or similar field
- Minimum of 10 years in Data & Analytics
- 7 years in leadership roles focusing on strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance and performance frameworks
- Experience with data visualization tools is advantageous
