Werde Teil des Teams als Vertrags und Nachtragsmanager und unterstütze die Weiterentwicklung des Nachtragsmanagements.

Ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab 4.500 € , abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung

Deine Aufgaben
Du unterstützt die Projektteams bei der wirtschaftlichen Bewertung von Bauprojekten und entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung das Nachtragsmanagement weiter.
Das bedeutet konkret:
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Nachträgen: Du bewertest Vertragsabweichungen und bereitest entsprechende Nachtragsforderungen vor
Prüfung von Unterlagen: Analyse von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Verträgen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
Identifikation von Nachtragspotenzialen: Bewertung wirtschaftlicher Chancen während der Projektabwicklung
Vertragsrelevante Kommunikation: Erstellung von Behinderungsanzeigen und weiterer wichtiger Korrespondenz
Kalkulation & Bewertung: Wirtschaftliche Einschätzung von Nachträgen und Unterstützung bei der Preisermittlung
Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam: Abstimmung mit Projektleitern, Bauleitern und Auftraggebern
Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen: Unterstützung bei Nachtragsverhandlungen und perspektivisch eigenständige Durchführung
Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung der Nachtragsprozesse innerhalb des Unternehmens
Das bringst du als Vertrags und Nachtragsmanager mit
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauwesen , z. B. Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, alternativ Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
Technisches Verständnis für Bauabläufe und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
Kenntnisse der VOB/B und Verständnis für vertragliche Zusammenhänge
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse für die optimale Kommunikation im Team und externen
Nice to have:Erste Berufserfahrung im Bauhauptgewerbe
Erfahrung in Kalkulation, Bauleitung, Bauabrechnung oder Nachtragsmanagement
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Leistungsverzeichnissen
Verhandlungsgeschick im Austausch mit Auftraggebern
