Senior IT Developer C# & Agile Toronto

Become a Senior IT Developer at our Toronto/North York office, specializing in C# and Agile. Your experience will significantly enhance our application development efforts. This Level 3 IT Developer role requires at least 5 years of software development expertise, focusing on building applications that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to drive successful project outcomes. Your technical skills will be instrumental in identifying and resolving software issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and continuously improve development standards
- Conduct code reviews and manage technical documentation
- Identify and correct design flaws and bugs efficiently
- Ensure projects meet delivery deadlines and milestones
- Encourage team knowledge sharing and professional development
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
- Strong ability in C#, PHP, and Vue JS
- Proficiency in using Jira and Agile methodologies
- High-quality standards maintained consistently
- Initiative to perform beyond regular duties
