Senior Software Engineer for Identity Solutions

Join Akam's Identity Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer focused on developing scalable backend systems. Leverage your expertise in Python or Go to create secure, next-generation identity solutions. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features that enhance enterprise security. With 5+ years in backend engineering and a strong command of cloud infrastructures, you will also participate in the agile SCRUM process and conduct design reviews to ensure code quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Design scalable backend applications for identity solutions
• Collaborate with teams to implement high-quality features
• Conduct design reviews and support QA efforts
• Partner across departments to innovate AI solutions
• Solve technical challenges with effective strategies Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in backend engineering roles
• 3+ years coding in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with RDBMS and Linux systems
• Exceptional communication and learning skills Contribute to Akam's mission by developing secure digital experiences with innovative backend solutions.
